Who is responsible

Maria Munter (Norwegian org. no. 935 575 141), Hegdehaugsveien 22A, Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected on mariamunter.com. Contact: studio@mariamunter.com.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, chosen subject and message are sent as an email to studio@mariamunter.com through the email service of our hosting provider Infomaniak (Switzerland). The data is used only to answer your enquiry and is kept in the mailbox for as long as the conversation lasts. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to respond to your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

The form is protected against bots by ALTCHA, a spam check that runs in your browser and sends no personal data to third parties.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored with Infomaniak Newsletter. Subscription is confirmed by email (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Visitor statistics

We use the self-hosted analytics tool Matomo, running on our own servers at Infomaniak. Statistics are not shared with third parties. IP addresses are anonymised (the last two bytes are masked) before storage, and Matomo sets no cookies. Raw visit data is deleted after 180 days; aggregated statistics are kept.

Map

The contact section shows a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Email studio@mariamunter.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
